Removal

Details of installation of the steering mechanism


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a steering column in the extended situation.
2. Take liquid from the tank of the amplifier of a steering.
3. Disconnect the R-valve (Y10x1) on the left side and disconnect the conducting socket from the steering mechanism.
4. Disconnect cross-section steering draft (10) from a steering soshka.
5. Disconnect longitudinal steering draft (11) from a steering soshka.
6. Remove a heat-shielding guard (23k).
7. Unscrew returnable (30f) and forcing (30i) pipelines.
8. Remove the lock of blocking of a steering shaft. The steering wheel should not have possibility to rotate, differently the contact spring (А45) can be damaged after replacement.
9. Disconnect a steering shaft (80a) from a shaft of the steering mechanism (25).
10. Unscrew bolts (23a) and remove the steering mechanism (23).

Installation

Details of installation of the steering mechanism


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the steering mechanism in average situation.


2. Establish the steering mechanism and tighten it to a support on a forward beam (1х).
3. Tighten returnable (30f) and forcing (30i) pipelines.
4. Establish a heat-shielding guard (23k).
5. Further installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
6. Fill in liquid in the tank of the amplifier of a steering and check work and absence of leaks.
