Removal

Bolts of fastening of pulleys of a drive of auxiliary units

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Remove the air filter.
3. Unscrew the bottom protective guard of the engine.
4. Remove the fan coupling.
5. Weaken bolts of fastening of pulleys.
6. Remove a belt of a drive of the generator.
7. Unscrew bolts of fastening of pulleys (shooter) and remove pulleys of the coupling of the fan (210), the pump of system of cooling (273) and the pump of the amplifier of a steering (284).
8. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft of the engine.
9. Open a cover of a radiator of system of cooling.
10. Mark the provision of asterisks of camshafts concerning a chain of a drive of GRM.
11. Weaken and unscrew bolts (3) and (4). Remove an arm (213). Unscrew a bolt (1) fastening of an arm (213) to the combined arm. Grease with hermetic 002 989 45 20 lobbies and back openings (shooter) of an arm (213).
12. Unscrew the pump of supply of air from an arm.
13. Unscrew bolts (214) and (214a) and remove a fan (217) arm. Unscrew a nut (99). Remove the VMT (100) sensor together with conducting and fix it sideways.
14. Disconnect wires from the generator. Unscrew bolts and remove the generator together with an arm.
15. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a cover of a chain of a drive of GRM to the pallet.
16. Uncover chains of a drive of GRM together with a VMT sensor arm
17. Wipe sealing surfaces of the block of cylinders and a cover of a chain of a drive of GRM.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal. The cover of a chain of a drive of GRM is established on two fingers of long 6 mm. Do not damage pallet laying. First of all, tighten bolts of fastening of a cover of a chain of a drive of GRM to the pallet.
