1. Lift the car.
2. Remove a guard (72) from the bottom lever.
3. Remove cross-section draft (69).
4. Disconnect conducting from the indicator of wear of a brake slip from the bottom lever (72) (shooter).
5. Establish compressing plates (01b) and (01c).
6. Lift the bottom lever (72) so that a power shaft it was established in completely horizontal situation.
7. Establish compressing device (01) for a spring.
8. Compress a spring.
9. Disconnect the bottom lever (72).
10. Remove a spring (73) with the plug (74), wipe the bottom lever (72).
