Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the bottom protective guard of the engine. 2. Remove the air filter. 3. Weaken a collar (144) measuring instruments of an air stream and disconnect an air inlet pipe (167).
4. Remove a partition (A) (9 bolts, from which 6 from above and 3 from below).
5. Disconnect vacuum tubes from the valve of a retsirkulyatsiya of the fulfilled gases (EGR).
6. Weaken collars (In) goffered a branch pipe and remove it.
7. Unscrew the catalyst from a final collector, remove it and a basic arm.
8. Remove a connecting branch pipe of supply of the compressed air (138a).
9. Disconnect a branch pipe of ventilation of a case.
10. Disconnect mixing tube (135) with the valve of a retsirkulyatsiya of the fulfilled gases from a head of the block of cylinders.
11. Unscrew forcing oil pipeline (141) from a turbokompressor. Weaken both basic arms (134) on a final collector and a turbokompressor. Weaken the top bolts of fastening of an exhaust pipe.
12. Weaken bolts of fastening of the lower part of a final flange. 13. Unscrew an arm (177) from a generator flange to a turbokompressor from both parties. 14. Remove a turbokompressor.

Installation

Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
