Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a reducer (50). Fix it in a vice.
2. Remove a back cover (54).
3. Remove a lock ring (30) from both flanges of power shafts (33) (/33a) (/33b).
4. Remove flanges of power shafts.
5. On models from ASD/ASR remove ball bearings from flanges.
6. On models without ASD remove rings (31b).
7. On models from ASD remove a hydraulic tube (70l).
8. Remove covers of bearings (27b)/(27c) (/27d), mark them together with laying (260).
9. Remove differential (13) from a reducer.
10. Take the left and right epiploons (32) (/32a), (70j) from covers of bearings.
11. Vypressuyte both external rings (11a) bearings from covers of bearings.
12. Vypressuyte both internal rings (11b) bearings from covers of bearings.
13. Weaken and unscrew bolts (13a) fastenings of a conducted gear wheel (47a).
14. Carefully remove a conducted gear wheel from differential (13).
15. Weaken and unscrew a nut (40) fastenings of a flange (41) (/41a).
16. Remove a flange (41) (/41a).
17. Vypressuyte a leading gear wheel (47) from a reducer.
18. Vypressuyte a radial sealing ring (42) from a reducer.
19. Remove an internal ring of the conic roller bearing (43d) with a clamping plate (43a).
20. Remove an external ring of the conic roller bearing (46b), (43e) and laying (45) of a reducer.
21. Remove the plug (44) with laying (48) from a leading gear wheel.
22. Remove ABS (49) rotor from a leading gear wheel (47).

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check all details of a reducer on lack of wear and, if necessary, replace them.
2. Check leading (47) and conducted (47a) gear wheels on correctness of digital numbering.

Assembly and adjustment

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Press an internal ring of the bearing (46a) on a leading gear wheel (47).
2. Press ABS (49) rotor on a leading gear wheel (47).
3. Count up thickness of laying (45) and establish it in a reducer.
4. Establish external rings (46b), (43e) in a reducer.
5. Establish the plug (44) with laying (48) from both parties of a leading gear wheel.
6. Insert a leading gear wheel (47) into a reducer (50).
7. Fix a clamping plate (43a) on an internal ring of the conic roller bearing (43d).
8. Insert an internal ring of the conic roller bearing (43d) on a leading gear wheel and press it together with a sealing ring (42).
9. Establish a flange (41) (/41a) on a leading gear wheel and wrap a nut (40).
10. Adjust the friction moment in the bearing of a leading gear wheel.
11. Check adjusting distance of a leading gear wheel.
12. Tighten a nut (40).
13. Fix a conducted gear wheel (47a) on differential (13).
14. Press an internal ring of the conic roller bearing (11b) on differential.
15. Press an external ring of the conic roller bearing (11a) on differential.
16. Press epiploons (32) (/32a), (70j) into a reducer (50) and insert differential (13).
17. Establish a lock ring (30) on a flange.
18. Check and adjust a flange gap.
19. Attach a cover (54).
20. Replace сапун (55) on the case of a reducer (50).
21. Further assembly and installation are carried out as it should be the return to dismantling and removal.

Specifications:

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. A tolerance from adjusting distance on the end of a leading gear wheel-0.02 / + 0.01 mm.
2. A gap between a flange and the case of a reducer 0.03 - 0.3 mm.
3. Volume of filled-in oil of 1.3 l.
4. The friction moment in the bearing of a leading gear wheel of 125-150 Nanometers.
