Liquid level is measured in automatic transmission at heated-up the engine and transmission. For warming up of the power unit to necessary temperature you can make short (15 kilometers) a trip.


1. Place the car on a horizontal surface, cock the parking brake. For reliable fixing of the car enclose under prop wheels.
2. Start the engine and leave to work at single turns. Press a pedal of a foot brake and accurately move the selector from the situation "R" to situation "1", then back in "R". Make sure of lack of signs of development of external leakages of ATF.
3. Shchup of measurement of level of liquid is located in a back part of transmission. Before taking щуп, carefully wipe a case surface round it, - dirt hit in a box is inadmissible.
4. Open the blocking lever 6a (models to 09.93 g вып.).
5. Press a core (6b) (models from 10.93 g вып.) sideways in the arrow direction, remove both parts and the blocking lever (6a).
6. Take the index of level of liquid 6. Wipe it a dry rag.
7. Insert the index against the stop, again take it and check liquid level. On a cold transmission (approximately 30°С) level of ATF should be between "MIN" "/30" and "MAX" "/80" marks. On a heated-up transmission (approximately 80°С) level should be on "MAX" "/80" mark.

If you measure level at the cold power unit, the received result will be lower than the real. Surely check level on the heated-up engine as excess of the maximum admissible level of liquid can lead to a box exit out of operation. Addition of liquid is carried out through directing tube measuring щупа. Do not allow dirt hit in AT case. Add only fresh liquid and only through a funnel (it is desirable, equipped with the filter).

8. Liquid add in the small portions, constantly checking level.
9. After you restored liquid level in a box, return щуп on a place and muffle the engine.
10. If you have to add often liquid in a box, it means that somewhere there is a leak. Immediately eliminate it.

ATF and AT filter replacement

1. Establish the lever of the selector of gear shifting in the situation "R" and tighten the lever of a drive of the parking brake.
2. Turn off a drain stopper (1) on the pallet and a drain stopper (2) on the hydrotransformer. Removal of liquid should be made only on heated-up transmission.
3. Remove the pallet (3) and the oil filter (5).
4. Insert a funnel 050 into an opening of a directing tube measuring щупа. Fill in in transmission of 4 l of fresh ATF.
5. Start the engine and establish idling turns at the lever of the selector of gear shifting in the situation "R".
6. Serially switch the AT selector lever in the provisions R-N-D-N-R, detaining him in each situation some seconds.
7. Check and adjust liquid level.
