Within maintenance adjustment of number of turns of idling, the ignition and concentration moment is not required WITH since the specified parameters are established by a control system depending on requirements.

If the valid parameters differ from set, the reason lies in malfunction of details which should be replaced. The qualified check of a control system demands special diagnostic devices.

The number of turns of idling can be a little changed by monitor reprogramming by means of the diagnostic device.
