Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. On engines with a turbokompressor lift the receiver supply of the compressed air
2. Uncover heads of the block of cylinders.

3. Establish the piston of the first cylinder in situation VMT.

Do not rotate a cranked shaft of the engine for a bolt of an asterisk of a camshaft and aside, return to the rotation direction.

4. Remove a natyazhitel of a chain of a drive of GRM.
5. On models with a self-regulating suspension bracket remove the oil pump.

6. Combine labels on an asterisk of a camshaft and a chain of a drive of GRM.

7. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of a camshaft, having held a camshaft by means of a metal core.

8. Remove an asterisk of a camshaft and allow a chain to whistle.

9. Unscrew bolts of fastening of covers (1), (5) and (6) bearings of a camshaft. Weaken bolts of fastening of covers (2), (3), (4) and (7) serially, on one turn everyone.

10. Remove a camshaft.

11. Remove lock laying (a regulator of an axial gap) and check its condition.

12. Remove hydrojacks. Check their condition (visually) and if it is necessary, replace them.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Insert lock laying (a regulator of an axial gap) into a head of the block of cylinders.
2. Grease a camshaft with impellent oil and establish it in a head of the block of cylinders so that the label of VMT was located above.
3. Establish covers of bearings of a camshaft and tighten bolts of their fastening. At first tighten covers (2), (3), (4) and (7) serially, on one turn everyone. Then tighten bolts of fastening of covers (1), (3) and (6) bearings of a camshaft.
4. Establish a camshaft asterisk, having combined a label on it with a label on a chain of a drive of GRM.
5. Establish a natyazhitel of a chain of a drive of GRM. 6. Establish the oil pump.
7. Establish the piston of the first cylinder in situation VMT and check combination of labels.
8. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. Get the engine and check absence of leaks.
