Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a lock ring (45). Remove a gear wheel of a backing (48) with the needle bearing and two laying (44) shaft of a backing (46).
2. Remove a kosozuby gear wheel (52) transfers of a backing with a nave (51) by means of a stripper and remove the needle bearing (55).
3. Remove from a conducted shaft the lever (64), a fork (63) and the coupling (62) inclusions of the 1st transfer.
4. Remove the synchronizer (58) 1-y/back of transfers together with the plug (57) of transfer of a backing.
5. Remove from a conducted shaft a kosozuby gear wheel of the 1st transfer (59) with a ring of the synchronizer (63) and the needle bearing (60).
6. Having hooked two screw-drivers, take a frictional ring (65) and the plug (61) so that the frictional ring (65) acted approximately on 3 mm. If the plug is strongly pressed, it is necessary for heating up slightly.
7. Remove a frictional ring and the plug by means of a stripper.
8. Unscrew bolts (69) fastenings of the holder.
9. Remove an intermediate case (49) from a transmission.
10. By means of a stripper remove a kosozuby gear wheel of the 2nd transfer (33) and the ball bearing (70) with the holder (73).
11. Remove from a conducted shaft a kosozuby gear wheel of the 2nd transfer (33) and laying (36).

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Press the ball bearing (70) in an intermediate plate and fix the holder (73). Tighten bolts (69) with effort of 30 Nanometers.

2. Replace laying.

3. By means of a press, press an intermediate plate on a conducted shaft and the transmission case.

4. Establish laying (66) on a frictional ring (65).

5. Establish the synchronizer (58) a flange in the direction to a conic gear wheel (59) 1st transfers. Heat up the plug approximately to 80°С.

6. Insert a fork into the lever so that the short shoulder (shooter) settled down in the direction to the backing coupling.

Further installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
