Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn the lever (5) of inclusion of the 4/5th transfers on 90 ° and remove it together with a fork (6) and the coupling (15).

2. Having hooked a screw-driver, remove a lock ring (7). Remove the axial bearing (8), a frictional ring (9), a tarelchaty spring (10), laying (11) and a lock ring (13) from a conducted shaft.

3. Reinstall a lock ring (7).

4. Remove from a conducted shaft a lock ring (12) synchronizers (14).

5. Remove from a conducted shaft the synchronizer (14), a kosozuby gear wheel of the 4th transfer (18) with a ring (16) and the needle bearing (19).

6. Remove from a conducted shaft of laying (36) and a frictional ring (35).

7. Remove from a shaft a kosozuby gear wheel of the 2nd transfer (33) with a ring of the synchronizer (31) and the needle bearing (34).
8. Remove a synchronizer ring from a kosozuby gear wheel of the 2nd transfer.
9. Remove the lever of inclusion of the 2/3rd transfers with a fork and the coupling. Turn the lever on 90 ° and remove a fork.
10. Remove a lock ring (30) synchronizers of the 2/3rd transfers (25).
11. Remove the synchronizer (25) 2/3rd of transfers and a kosozuby gear wheel of the 3rd transfer (22 with a ring (23) and the needle bearing (21) from a conducted shaft.
12. Remove a synchronizer (23) ring from a kosozuby gear wheel of the 3rd transfer (22).

Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the synchronizer (25) on a conducted shaft an edge in the direction to a kosozuby gear wheel of the 3rd transfer (22) (shooters).

2. Be convinced that the lock ring (30) is correctly established in a groove.

3. Establish the coupling of the 2/3rd transfer (26) on a conducted shaft so that (2) grooves were directed to shlitsa.

4. The blocking element of the lever of switching should be established in the direction to a kosozuby gear wheel of the 3rd transfer (22).

5. Press a ring of the synchronizer of the 4th transfer on a kosozuby gear wheel until the ring-shaped spring will be established in a groove.

Further installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
