 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a transmission from the hydrotransformer.
2. Remove multidisk brake В3 (133) and spring laying (133b), having taken out a lock ring (133a) from the transmission case.
3. Unscrew bolts (11).
4. Take multidisk brake В2 (14) of the transmission case.
5. Remove a blocking gear wheel in the situation "P" (15).

Assembly

Check of a gap by "L" in multidisk brake В3

133b, 133c — External disks in thickness of 1.8 mm

Assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to dismantling.

Check and measure a gap in multidisk brake В3. The nominal size of a gap of "L" in multidisk brake В3 lies within a range 1.0 - 1.4 mm. Establish disks of brake В3 together in an order presented on сопр. illustrations, also insert them in turn, measure a gap of "L" between a lock ring (133f) and an external disk (133a) in three points, - during measurement the lock ring (133f) should concern the top holder of the bearing in a groove of an external support of a brake (2).

In case of need adjust a gap by selection of lock rings. Lock rings in thickness 3.2, 3.5, 3.8, 4.1, 4.4 and 4.7 mm are issued.
