PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. For the purpose of simplification of a provorachivaniye of the engine turn out all glow plugs.
3. Bring a cranked shaft into position VMT of the piston of the first cylinder (1).
4. Check correctness of combination of adjusting labels of camshafts (2).
5. Before starting performance of repair procedures remove assembly of a natyazhitel (3).
6. At TNVD removal/installation the cranked shaft should be brought into situation 15 ° after VMT of the piston of the first cylinder (4).
7. Before a reversing of a bolt (5) establish the tool No. 601589051400 aligning an asterisk.

The bolt of an asterisk of TNVD has the left cutting.

8. After removal of TNVD establish a lock bolt (6), - the tool No. 601589052100.
9. At installation of an asterisk of a camshaft track correctness of an arrangement of a directing pin.
10. Before installation make filling of a natyazhitel for what lower it a plunzher down in capacity with impellent SAE 10 and 7-10 oil of times wring out a plunzher. Check smoothness of a course of a plunzher and adequacy of his resistance to compression.
11. Having finished necessary regenerative repair, establish a natyazhitel (3) on the regular place.

Bolt М11 of an asterisk of a camshaft is subject to replacement in case its adjusting length "X" exceeds limiting admissible value (53.6 mm) (7) (see an illustration 78.1).
15 Tighten a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft (8) with effort of 320 Nanometers (a bolt And classifications 10.9) or 200 Nanometers + 90 ° (a bolt In classification 8.8).
