PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a camshaft.
2. Remove injectors.
3. Remove a belt of a drive of the generator.
4. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery (120).
5. Disconnect an air inlet pipe (11) and a cover of the air filter (10) together with a filtering element.
6. Remove decorative panels (3) and (7).
7. Disconnect an inlet pipe (1) from a turbokompressor.
8. Unscrew a basic rack (155) returnable tubes.
9. Unscrew forcing oil pipeline from the block of cylinders.
10. Remove the fuel filter (12).
11. Unscrew an arm (62) directing pipes of the index of level of oil.
12. Lift the receiver (6) between the valve of a retsirkulyatsiya of the fulfilled gases and the inlet pipeline or a tube of supply of the compressed air.
13. Disconnect the valve of a retsirkulyatsiya of the fulfilled gases (13).
14. Unscrew an exhaust pipe (4) from a final collector.
15. Unscrew wires (9) from incandescence candles.
16. Disconnect the socket (X26/2).
17. Remove the inlet pipeline (8).

Details of installation of a head of the block of cylinders (really cylinders 6)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Take fingers (221), (222) sliding the lever from a head of the block of cylinders. 2. Remove the sliding lever (15). 3. Unscrew a bolt (16) fastenings of a cover of a chain of a drive of GRM to a head of the block of cylinders.
4. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders (17), (18) and (19) as it should be, the return shown on an illustration.
5. Remove a head of the block of cylinders (20) together with laying (21). 6. Wipe openings under bolts of a head of the block of cylinders.

Installation

Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal. The order of a tightening of bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders is shown on an illustration.
