 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Fix the case of differential (13).
2. By means of a drift beat out a roller finger (19) and a finger of differential (16) of the case of differential (13).
3. Remove satellites (15) with spherical washers (14) and conic gear wheels of power shafts (17) with persistent washers (18).
4. Check each element on lack of wear.

Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Insert a pin (046) into an opening in the differential case.
2. Establish both conic gear wheels of power shafts (17) with persistent washers (18) on a pin in the differential case.

3. Establish both satellites (15) with spherical washers (14) and turn them by means of a pin (046).
4. Instead of a finger of differential insert a pin (021) into the differential case for fixing of conic gear wheels of power shafts and satellites.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check the moment of rotation of differential. It should make 5-30 Nanometers.

2. Establish a finger of differential (16) and a roller finger (19).
3. Take the differential case from a vice.
