Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Merge cooling liquid and disconnect cooling branch pipes from a head of the block of cylinders.

2. Bring the piston of the first cylinder into the provision VMT of the end of a step of compression.

3. Remove a forward top cover.

4. Mark the provision of asterisks of camshafts concerning a chain of a drive of GRM (arrow).

5. Take a finger of the directing lever or the sliding lever by means of a stripper.

6. Unscrew fittings of a regulator of a camshaft.
7. Remove a chain of a drive of GRM from asterisks of camshafts.
8. Disconnect engine conducting. For this purpose weaken all coupling tapes and disconnect all sockets of conducting.
9. Disconnect draft темпостата.

10. Disconnect the socket of conducting (X25/17) and I will corrode conductings (X16/1x1) from an electronic drive of an accelerator, press a doggie and turn it on 90 °.

11. Disconnect vacuum tubes from the inlet pipeline.

12. Unscrew bolts of fastening of system of release to a flange of a final collector.

13. Disconnect a tube of the return valve from a tube of a podmeshivaniye of air in an exhaust (shooter) and unscrew an arm (1).

14. Unscrew an arm of a directing pipe of the index of level of oil and an arm of the inlet pipeline.

15. Disconnect a tube (43) from an arm (17) on the block the cylinder.

16. Slowly open a cover of a jellied mouth of a fuel tank for pressure decrease in a power supply system. Turn on топливопроводы.

17. On models from AT: unscrew directing pipe of the index of level of oil from a back part of a head of the block of cylinders.

18. Disconnect a driving cable (30) from the control lever (9). For this purpose compress a plastic clip (28).

19. Weaken coupling tapes of fastening of branch pipes of system of cooling to the pump of system of cooling. Remove a returnable tube.

20. Weaken bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders as it should be, the return shown on an illustration. Thus the engine should be cold.

21. Remove covers of No. No. 9 and 13 bearings. Establish elevating eyes and remove a head of the block of cylinders from the engine.

22. Wipe contact surfaces of a head of the block of cylinders and the block of cylinders. Replace laying of a head of the block of cylinders.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal. The order of a tightening of bolts of a head of the block of cylinders is shown on an illustration.
