GRM drive - the general information, service of components

Camshafts can be turned without risk of collision of valves with pistons in a case when the cranked shaft is given in situation 30 ° before VMT of the piston of the first cylinder.

The gas-distributing chain can be replaced without engine dismantling. By means of listed below tools the new chain can be connected to old, is passed round asterisks and зачеканена.

At the wrong assembly there can be a collision of valves with the bottoms of pistons!

Details of installation of elements of a drive of GRM (the gas-distributing chain consists of 126 links)

1 — Adjusting labels for engine reduction in the provision VMT of the end of a step of compression of the first cylinder
2 — Cores in diameter of 4 mm for fixing of camshafts
3 — during installation of a chain track, that ledges of a regulator of a camshaft [3] were in the situation "delays".

For performance of procedures of removal and installation of elements of a drive of GRM the following special tools be required:

  • Camshaft key (type 1) - No. 104589010100;
  • Camshaft key (type 2) - No. 119589000100;
  • Stripper of a nave/pulley of a cranked shaft - No. 103589003300;
  • Stripper of an asterisk of a cranked shaft - No. 615589013300;
  • The tool for flywheel blocking / a driving disk - No. 601589024000;
  • Bolts М6ґ90 for fixing of the instrument of blocking of a flywheel / a driving disk;
  • The tool for installation of links of a gas-distributing chain - No. 602589003900;

  • Pay attention to the next moments:
  • If the return is not stipulated especially, turn the engine only in the normal direction;
  • Observe the efforts of a tightening of fixture stipulated by standards;

  • Do not turn a cranked shaft for asterisks of camshafts, and also other asterisks of a drive of GRM;
  • Do not turn cranked and camshafts at the removed gas-distributing chain.

     PERFORMANCE ORDER

    1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
    2. For the purpose of simplification of a provorachivaniye of the engine turn out all spark plugs.
    3. Pass in camshafts lock cores (2) diameter of 4 mm.
    4. During installation of a chain track, that ledges of a regulator of a camshaft (3) were in the situation "delays".

    At the wrong assembly there can be a collision of valves with the bottoms of pistons!

    5. Before performance of repair of the engine weaken on one turn a nut of a natyazhitel.
    6. Remove assembly of a natyazhitel.
    7. Completely give a podpruzhinenny nut (4) natyazhitel.
    8. Take a pin (5) and remove a spring (6).
    9. Push a plunzher (7) in the case of a natyazhitel (8) in the direction specified by an arrow.
    10. Establish the case of a natyazhitel (8) and tighten it with effort of 80 Nanometers.
    11. Fill a plunzher (7), establish a spring (6) and a pin (5).
    12. Screw a nut of a natyazhitel (4) and tighten it with effort of 40 Nanometers.
    13. Tighten a new bolt of a regulator of an inlet camshaft with effort of 7 Nanometers (a type A bolt with a separate washer) or 5 Nanometers + 90 ° (a type B bolt with the built-in washer).

    Bolts М7x13.3 of mm of a regulator inlet and asterisks final camshafts are disposable and are subject to replacement without fail!

    During performance of repair work it is necessary to replace a bolt of type A with a disposable bolt of type B.

    14. Do not forget to grease before installation the central bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft and its washer (ы).
