 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Measure a gap between the ball bearing of a leading shaft and a forward cover of a transmission. The nominal size of gaps makes 0.1 mm.
2. Measure «a» distance between an external ring of the bearing and a contact surface of the case of a transmission by means of a calliper.
3. Measure «b» distance between a sealing surface of a cover of a transmission and a bearing groove by means of a calliper.
4. Calculation of thickness of laying is made as follows: «b» distance (6.1 mm) - «a» Distance (5.2 mm) = the Difference (0.9 mm) - the Gap (0.1 mm) = Thickness of laying (0.8 mm). Laying in thickness 0.2, 0.3 and 0.5 mm are issued.
5. Insert laying into a forward cover of a transmission and fix them by means of greasing.
6. Check a gap between the ball bearing of an intermediate shaft and a forward cover of a transmission.
7. Establish an intermediate shaft with the ball bearing in the transmission case by means of a plastic hammer.
8. Measure distance "with" between an external ring of the bearing and a contact surface of the case of a transmission by means of a calliper.
9. Measure «d» distance between a sealing surface of a forward cover of a transmission and a groove by means of a calliper.
10. Define thickness of laying: «d» distance (5.8 mm) - Distance "with" (5.1 mm) = the Difference (0.7 mm) - the Gap (0.1 mm) = Thickness of laying (0.6 mm). Laying in thickness 0.2, 0.3 and 0.5 mm are issued.
11. Insert laying into a forward cover of a transmission of m fix them by means of greasing.

Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
