Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline

M119.97 series engines

Removal

Details of installation of the inlet pipeline (M119.97 engines)


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the air filter.
2. Merge cooling liquid.
3. Disconnect conducting sockets round the inlet pipeline or on it.
4. Unhook directing for high-voltage wires.
5. Disconnect vacuum tubes from the inlet pipeline.
6. Reduce pressure of fuel by means of the special valve on the fuel distributor.
7. Turn on forcing (17/3) and returnable (17/2) топливопроводы.
8. Disconnect a vacuum tube from the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
9. Remove directing (27).
10. Disconnect a cable (30) from a control lever a butterfly valve (9).
11. Remove a cable (30) from the lever (10). His Vypressuyte together with a plastic clamp (28).
12. Disconnect a cable (98).
13. Disconnect a branch pipe of system of cooling (33) in a forward part of the inlet pipeline.
14. Disconnect a branch pipe of system of cooling in a back part of the inlet pipeline.
15. Unscrew bolts (14), (15) and (16).
16. Remove the inlet pipeline (19).
17. Replace laying (18).

Installation

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal. The order of a tightening of bolts of fastening of the inlet pipeline is shown on an illustration.

M119.98 series engines

Details of installation of the inlet pipeline (M119.98 engines)


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the fuel distributive highway together with injectors.
2. Remove a measuring instrument of an air stream.
3. Merge cooling liquid.
4. Disconnect the conducting socket from the case of a butterfly valve (M16/1x1).
5. Disconnect all connections of electroconducting on the inlet pipeline.
6. Disconnect a vacuum tube from the verifying valve.
7. Disconnect a branch pipe of system of cooling (33/1) in a back part of the inlet pipeline.
8. Disconnect a branch pipe of system of cooling (33) in a forward part of the inlet pipeline.
9. Unscrew bolts of fastening (14), (15) and (16) inlet pipelines.
10. Remove the inlet pipeline (19).
11. Replace laying (18).

Installation

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal. The order of a tightening of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders is shown on an illustration.
