 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Bring the engine into situation 45 ° before VMT of the piston of the first cylinder.
2. Block camshafts by means of cores (01).
3. On the left head of the block of cylinders turn out bolts (1), (1a) and (2). Fix sideways a basic plate with the pump amplifiers of a steering (11) and the attached tubes.
4. Remove forward covers (30) and (30a).
5. Mark the mutual provision of asterisks (31), (32), (33) and (34) camshafts and chains of a drive of GRM (arrow).
6. Remove a natyazhitel (6) chains of a drive of GRM.
7. Remove regulators of camshafts (32), (33) and asterisks of final camshafts (31) and (34).
8. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft.
9. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the pallet and lower it.
10. Remove the pump of system of cooling (3).
11. Unscrew a stopper (35) with a sealing ring (36).
12. Remove by means of a stripper (02) and a carving insert (03) finger (37) tension levers of a chain of a drive of GRM.
13. Remove the tension lever (38).
14. Unscrew bolts (a), (b), (d) and (e) of fastening of a cover of a chain of a drive of GRM.
15. Remove a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft (15).
16. Remove the oil pump (25).
17. Unscrew bolts (f), (g) and (h) of fastening of a cover of a chain of a drive of GRM (9).
18. Uncover chains of a drive of GRM (9).

Installation

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal. Wipe sealing surfaces and grease them with hermetic 002 989 47 20 10. Replace sealing rings (23) and (24), grease with impellent oil of laying. Replace a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft.
