Removal

Details of installation of a regulator of a camshaft


1 — the Directing lever of the right head of the block of cylinders 2 — the Directing lever left heads of the block of cylinders 3, 15 — Bolts 4 — Fittings	5 — the Lock finger 6 — the Nut 12 — the Cover 13 — a camshaft Asterisk 14 — Plunzher 16 — the Flange

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the top covers (30) and (30a). 2. Remove directing levers (1) and (2).
3. Unscrew a bolt (3) and remove fittings (4).
4. Unscrew a nut (6), - hold a camshaft (22) from a provorachivaniye a key (25).
5. Uncover (12), an asterisk of a camshaft (13) and an adjusting plunzher (14). Unscrew a flange (16) from an inlet camshaft (22) and remove it.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a flange (16) on a camshaft (22). Pay attention to an adjusting finger (21). 2. Tighten a flange (16) to a camshaft (22). Hold a camshaft (22) key (25) and tighten bolts (15).
3. Establish an adjusting plunzher (14) on a flange (16) in the fixed situation, rotating it clockwise.
4. Establish an asterisk of a camshaft (13) on an adjusting plunzher (14) in the fixed situation, rotating it counter-clockwise.
5. Establish a cover (12).
6. Establish fittings (4). The finger (shooter) in fittings (4) should be combined with an adjusting plunzher (18). 7. Screw a bolt (3), holding fittings (4) for лыску (shooter).
