1. Remove a belt of a drive of the generator.
2. Remove the air filter with a measuring instrument of an air stream
3. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
4. Remove the bottom protective guard of the engine.
5. Merge impellent oil.
6. Disconnect the conducting socket from the sensor of pressure of oil on a masloraspredelitel (18).
7. Unscrew AT (17) pipelines from the pallet (20).
8. Unscrew pipelines of a podmeshivaniye of air in an exhaust (15) in the lower part of the pallet (18) and the left and right arms of the engine.
9. Turn on a masloraspredelitel (18).
10. Disconnect the socket (2) from the sensor of level of oil (S43) in the pallet (20).
11. Unscrew bolts (14) fastenings of the pallet.
12. Remove the forward stabilizer of cross-section stability.
13. Remove forward springs (21).
14. Unscrew the shock-absorber (27) from below.
15. Turn on both bottom forward support of the engine (09) from forward arms (28).
16. Establish the engine lift (060).
17. Tighten elevating eyes of the engine in front and behind.
18. Unscrew directing pipe of the index of level of oil (3) from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
19. Unscrew a guard (26) hinges of a steering shaft (25) and fix it sideways.
20. Disconnect the hinge of a steering shaft (25).
21. Lift the engine by means of a jack (070).
22. Remove back covers of bolts (22).
23. Unscrew bolts (22) lobbies of a support (28).
24. Lower a forward part of the engine (28) until the possible will remove the pallet.
25. Remove the generator (13).
26. Unscrew AT (16) and (17) pipelines, remove an oil radiator (11), the conditioner compressor from the pallet.
27. Unscrew directing pipe щупа measurements of level of oil (3) from the pallet.
28. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the pallet.
29. Lower the pallet (20) and remove it, having moved forward.
30. Replace laying (21).
