Verification of the provision of camshafts

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the piston of the first cylinder.
2. The piston of the first cylinder is in situation VMT when cams of inlet and final camshafts of the right head of the block of cylinders do not press hydrojacks первогов position VMT of the cylinder.
3. Insert cores in diameter of 4 mm into openings of asterisks of camshafts (arrow) of the right and left heads of the block of cylinders. If cores do not pass in openings, it is necessary to make adjustment of provision of camshafts.

Adjustment of provision of camshafts

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the piston of the first cylinder in situation 30 ° after VMT.
2. Remove a natyazhitel of a chain (see. Natyazhitel chains of a drive of GRM) undressed.
3. Unscrew an asterisk of the right final camshaft (5) and remove it. Remove the top right and left directing levers (4).
4. Turn a cranked shaft a key so that 4 mm of an opening on flanges of camshafts were combined. Lift a chain of a drive of GRM from asterisks. Check openings by means of cores (1).
5. Turn a cranked shaft back in the opposite direction in situation VMT.
6. Turn the left final camshaft (10) on a half-tooth in the rotation direction from control situation with the help of a key (25).
7. Establish a chain on an asterisk of a final camshaft (3) and rotate a final camshaft back, in control situation (the chain is tense).
8. Turn the left inlet camshaft (9) on a half-tooth in the rotation direction from control situation with the help of a key (25).
9. Turn a camshaft regulator by hand in the rotation direction in situation of «late opening».
10. Establish a chain on an asterisk of an inlet camshaft (13).
11. Establish directing lever (6).
12. Turn an inlet camshaft (9) back in the direction opposite to rotation in control situation (the chain is tense).
13. Turn the right inlet camshaft (9) on a half-tooth in the rotation direction from control situation with the help of a key (25).
14. Turn a camshaft regulator by hand in the rotation direction in situation of «late opening».
15. Establish directing lever (4).
16. Turn an inlet camshaft (9) back in the direction opposite to rotation in control situation (the chain is tense).
17. Establish an asterisk of a final camshaft (5) and tighten it.

18. Establish a natyazhitel of a chain of a drive of GRM.
19. Tighten bolts of fastening of an asterisk of a final camshaft.
20. 3 Check the control provision of camshafts.
