Removal and installation of shaft of a transmission

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Unscrew the lever of inclusion of the 2/3rd transfers.
2. Unscrew a shaft (103) 2/3rd transfers and remove the inclusion lever from a transmission (120).

3. Unhook a spring (109), take an intermediate shaft (110) and remove a conducted shaft (140) from a transmission.

4. Unscrew the lever of inclusion of the 4/5th transfers (117).
5. Unscrew a shaft (103) 4/5th transfers and remove the inclusion lever from a transmission.

6. Remove the lever (5), a fork (6) and the coupling (15) of the 4/5th transfers from a leading shaft.
7. Remove an intermediate shaft (40) from a transmission. Check absence of damages and wear on an intermediate shaft.

8. Unscrew a nut (111) with a washer (111a) and remove a finger (106) with the blocking lever (107), the plug (108), a lamellar spring (109) and laying (110).

9. Remove a frictional ring (126) and the needle bearing (125) from a leading shaft (2).

10. Unscrew a forward cover of a transmission (92).
11. Remove a leading shaft (2) with the ball bearing (43) and laying (43a) forward.
12. Take an external holder of the bearing (97) by means of a drift.

Adjustment of an axial gap

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a leading shaft (2) with the ball bearing (43) and laying (43a) in the transmission case by means of a drift.

2. Establish the intermediate shaft, a conducted shaft, an intermediate plate, back and forward covers of a transmission. After installation of a leading shaft, fix a forward cover of a transmission (92b) two bolts (arrow) so that the leading shaft did not drop out of the transmission case at installation of a conducted shaft.

3. Establish an axial gap of a leading shaft (2) within 0-0.1 mm. For this purpose measure distance from edge of a groove of the bearing (43) to an interfaced surface of a transmission by means of a calliper.

4. Measure distance from an interfaced surface of a forward cover (92) to (4) flat surfaces (arrow) of the case of the bearing. The shortest distance is necessary for taking for measurement. If the case of the bearing will tighten to a forward cover, measure depth from an interfaced surface to a flute. Calculate the demanded thickness of washers: Depth (7.00 mm) - the Gap (6.50 mm) = the Difference (0.50 mm) = Thickness of a washer (0.50 mm). Washers in thickness 0.2, 0.3, 0.5 mm are issued.

5. Establish an axial gap of an intermediate shaft within 0-0.05 mm. For this purpose, measure depth of a groove from an interfaced surface of a forward cover of a transmission (92).

6. Take an external holder (97) bearings of an intermediate shaft by means of a drift, rotating a shaft so that the conic roller bearing was established correctly.
7. Measure distance from an edge of an external holder (97) to an interfaced surface of a transmission (see сопр. illustration). Define thickness of laying: Depth (2.47 mm) - the Gap (2.21 mm) = the Difference (0.26 mm) - the Gap (0.05 mm) = Thickness of laying (0.21 mm). Laying in thickness 0.2, 0.22, 0.25, 0.27, 0.3, 0.32, 0.35, 0.37 and 0.5 mm are issued.
8. Establish laying (94) and (96) in a forward cover of a transmission (92) and fix them greasing (see an illustration 19.10).
9. Grease interfaced surfaces of a forward cover with hermetic 002 989 00 20 (Loctite 573) and establish a cover (92) on a leading shaft. Remove greasing from a head of bolts and grease them with hermetic 001 989 25 20 (Hylomar).
