18, 29 — Sealing rings 19 — the Intermediate plate 20 — the pump Case 21 — the Gate-type piston 22, 22 — pump Gear wheels 24 — the Spring
25 — the Spring plug 27 — the Cover 28 — the Lock ring 30, 31 — Teflon rings 45 — the Bolt
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift AT. 2. Remove a back cross-section beam of the engine. 3. Disconnect release system. 4. Unscrew bolts (45). 5. Remove the secondary pump. 6. Remove an intermediate plate (19) and a sealing ring (18).
Dismantling
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove pump (22) and (23) gear wheels. 2. Disconnect a lock ring (28). 3. Uncover (27). 4. Remove a spring (24), the spring plug (25) and the gate-type piston (21) of the case of the secondary pump (20). Check a sealing ring (29) and teflon rings (30) and (31) and if it is necessary, replace them.
Assembly and installation
Assembly and installation are made as it should be, the return to removal.
